Full-time window cleaner — Maidstone and Medway

The main role. You get your own regular round and you look after it.

• £27,000 to £30,000 a year after training
• Company van, all equipment provided, and your own round
• Full training — no previous experience needed
• A hands-on outdoor role, working at height with poles and equipment
• Plenty of independence day to day, with a team behind you

Full-time canvasser — Kent

Out in local neighbourhoods introducing homeowners to our regular window cleaning service and bringing new customers on board. If you are confident talking to people and you would rather be outdoors than at a desk, it suits.

• 35 hours a week, Tuesday to Saturday
• Company car provided for work use
• Finish at 6pm
• A structured approach and clear support, so you know exactly what to say and

how to do the role properly

How we work

The cleaning team works on a job and finish basis. Once everyone's rounds are done, we wrap up for the day. People lend a hand when someone is behind, so nobody gets left with an impossible afternoon on their own.

Weather occasionally puts a day back. When that happens we work a bit longer across the rest of the week to catch up. It is not often, and it keeps things fair for everyone.

Canvassing works the same way in spirit: some days land better than others, so we look at consistency across the week rather than judging any single afternoon.

What we look for

Reliability, more than anything. Customers on a regular round notice immediately when a visit is missed, and the whole business runs on the fact that we turn up when we say we will.

Beyond that:

• You are happy working outdoors in most weather
• You can hold a friendly conversation on a doorstep without being pushy
• You are comfortable working on your own for most of the day
• A full UK driving licence helps for both roles, and is essential where a

company vehicle is provided

No previous window cleaning experience is needed for the cleaning role. We train you properly.
